Sloan Fellow 2016
Manisha is a Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan, pursuing a full-time, 12 month MBA in Innovation & Global Leadership, for experienced executives. She has done her M.Sc from BHU and Executive Leadership program from Melbourne Business school, Australia. Prior to attending MIT, Manisha led the Organization Development & HR at blue chip Indian Corporates- Tata Motors, Godrej Consumer, AXA life & Tata Tele. She has 14 years in Business Transformation, HR Strategy and Business Capability Creation across sectors. Manisha’s areas of interest are in Leadership Development, Big Data & technology in HR, Sustainable systems & social networks in digital economy & Building high performance Culture. The causes that she cares about are- Diversity and Women empowerment and Vocational skill development. She supports a girls education foundation and volunteers her time for CII & Indian Govt. led programs for skill development projects in India. At MIT, outside the course work she volunteers her time to mentor MIT Tata Center Projects, work with MIT Leadership Center & Sloan Women’s forum. In her spare time she loves playing with her two boys and reading through their newly drafted comic books.
