Prior to Sloan, Naina spent four years in the financial services industry. She started her career at UBS in 2011 and focused mainly on client growth strategy and revenue optimization projects for the Sales & Trading division. Naina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Carnegie Mellon. At MIT Sloan, Naina concentrates on management consulting and consumer products/retail strategy. Naina has held leadership positions in the Retail, CPG and Luxury Club and South Asian Business Club and has been actively involved in organizingBreaking the Mold Conference for the Sloan Women in Management club.
