Co-Chairs

Raghav Goel

Co-Chair

Raghav is a second year MBA student at MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the co-founder of Anant Advantages and a semi-finalist from MIT-100K Entrepreneurship Competition. He is an avid technologist and has worked for Amazon.com, Intel Corporation, and IBM Research Labs to develop new products and strategies.

Raghav stood first in his class at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and was awarded The Academic Excellence Medal. He is also interested in providing quality education to children and has been working with a school in rural India for the last six years.

Siddhartha Dutt Pandey

Co-Chair

Siddhartha is concurrently pursuing the MBA at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and MPA at Harvard University. At MIT Sloan, he is part of the Dean's Student Advisory Council. Before coming to graduate school, he was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley, an Investment Analyst at World Bank Group's Principal Investment Division (IFC) and advised the Government of India. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Arita Sehgal

Marketing

Arita is a second year MBA student at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also serves as the Co-President of the Investment Management and the South Asian Business clubs. Last summer, she interned as an equity analyst at Wellington Management in Boston. Before MIT, she was an Investment Research Analyst at Moody's Investor Services in India. Arita holds a graduate degree in finance and undergraduate degree in business from University of Delhi, graduating as a Class Valedictorian in both instances. At MIT, she has been awarded Dean's Fellowship for academic and leadership excellence.

Diya Sukh

Marketing

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University in 2007, Diya Sukh started her career in investment banking. She focused on restructuring and private placements for the TMT and biotech industries. Seeking buy-side experience, Diya then moved to the corporate development team at Old Mutual Asset Management in Boston, assessing acquisitions and other capital market transactions. Before attending business school Diya also developed strategy skills during her tenure at Luminent LLC, a leadership development consulting practice.

At MIT Sloan, Diya concentrates on consumer products marketing and brand management. She has held several leadership positions in the Student Senate, South Asian Business Club, and Sloan Women in Management. Over the summer Diya interned in global brand marketing at Hasbro Inc., where she will continue her career upon graduation in June 2015.

Kairav Shroff

Marketing & Design

Kairav Shroff is a postgraduate student at MIT pursuing a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design. He is interested in de-layering city systems in order to get a better understanding of how the city works. His current research is focused on analyzing informal interventions in developing countries and their economic and social benefits to the city.

Apart from this, Kairav is also interested in understanding how a business works and adds value, with the hope of developing his own startup in the future.

Munaf M. Kachwala

Marketing & Design

Munaf M. Kachwala is currently a first-year MBA student at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to Sloan, Munaf was a Senior Associate with GE's CAS organization where he worked on advisory and assurance engagements across GE businesses worldwide including GE Healthcare in Latin America. Munaf is also a graduate of GE's FMP program. Munaf holds dual B.S. degrees in Cell Biology + Molecular Genetics and Finance from the University of Maryland: College Park.

Tara Dubey

Marketing

Tara is currently a first year MBA candidate at MIT Sloan. She grew up in Delhi and did her undergrad degree at NYU. Before joining business school she was an Investment banker in New York focused on investing in renewable energy and low-income housing projects. In her spare time she also helped co-create an NYC chapter of a non-profit focused on socio-economic development in India.

Aakriti Shroff

Operations

Aakriti is a M.Eng student at MIT CSAIL working under Sir Tim Berners-Lee as a part of the Decentralized Information Group. Prior to her M.Eng, she was a undergraduate student double majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Management Science at MIT. Askriti loves spending her free time Skydiving or playing basketball.

Aditi Sarangi

Operations

Aditi is a first year MBA student at MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to Sloan, she has worked in three different continents across a multitude of roles including field operations, project management and business development, for the oil and gas technology major Schlumberger. Aditi was trained as an Instrumentation Engineer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and, upon graduation, was recognized by the institute for overall academic and extra-curricular achievements.

Parag Vijay

Operations

Parag a second year graduate student in the joint management and engineering program at MIT Sloan School of Management and School of Engineering. He spent last summer in India to build an incubator-accelerator program, in partnership with a VC firm, for startups founded by students and recent graduates. Prior to MIT, he helped the Indian government develop Internet policies and infrastructure as a Government Fellow at the Department of Information Technology, and founded Kheman non-profit to provide vocation training to underprivileged children in India.

He also has extensive experience across Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia in launching new products, and holds a graduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Shahid Azad

Operations

Shahid is a first MBA student at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He also serves as the Co-President of Operations Management Club and a board member of the MIT's Community Service Fund Board. Prior to Sloan, he worked with Caterpillar, both in India and US, where he took multiple roles in the field of engineering, operations and business development. Shahid holds an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Aditya Rao

Finance Coordinator

Aditya is a first year MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to Sloan, he worked for Dell's Analytics Center in Bangalore and Nokia's R&D center also in Bangalore, India. He is passionate about grassroots education and has worked with Shikshana and other educational NGOs to improve the quality of education in India's public schools over the past 7 years. He also helped AAP's candidate from Bangalore Central constituency and former CFO at Infosys, V. Balakrishnan, campaign in the run-up to the 2014 National elections in India. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, India.
