Ajay Chaturvedi

Founder and Chairman - HarVa

Founder of HarVa, Ajay Chaturvedi, is an ex-Citi where he served in Strategy and Sales positions. Ajay begun his career with IBM Consulting in the US and has over 14 years of experience in Management, Operations and IT Consulting across Financial Services, IT and ITeS industries in US, UK, and South East Asia. Prior to Citi, Ajay was the Transition Leader at Global Vantedge, a company that was a pioneer in many ways besides being the first offshore receivables management provider. Ajay is an Engineer from BITS Pilani and a Graduate in Management of Technology from the School of Engineering and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ajay was awarded CNN IBN Youth Icon / Young Indian Leader of the year 2011. Most recently, Ajay has recently been nominated as one of the Amazing Global Indians by Times Now News 2012-13. In addition, HarVa XPO entered the Limca Book of Records for being the first all women rural BPO in the world. HarVa has won numerous awards and accolades including the Manthan Chairman Excellence Award 2011, SKOCH Financial Inclusion 2011 and TiE Entrepreneurial Excellence 2011 among the latest recognitions. Earlier in 2011, HarVa was also identified as the 3rd most innovative company in India (next only to Tata Motors) by the Fast Company magazine of New York.

Harish Fabiani

Chairman  - Americorp Group

Mr. Harish Fabiani is the Chairman of the Madrid headquartered $2 billion Americorp group which, through its private equity and public equity arms, owns financial interests in diverse businesses in technology, media, real estate and other sectors in EU and India. Mr. Fabiani has been associated with Indian entrepreneurs for over a decade. He has invested in and mentored many entrepreneurs who have gone on to create large and successful businesses including Indiabulls group, Edelweiss, Avendus Capital, Phoenix Mills, CNBC TV-18, Asianet and Nimbus Communications among others. Mr. Fabiani is also a successful entrepreneur himself having founded and managed IndiaLand Properties, a real estate development company in India developing IT parks, SEZ and industrial parks.

Atul Punj
Chairman, Punj Lloyd

 Atul Punj is the chairman of Punj Lloyd Group, a global EPC firm. A graduate in commerce from Delhi University, Atul joined the family business at the age of 22. Under his chairmanship, Punj Lloyd has grown into a world-class organization with operations in the Middle East, the Caspian, Asia Pacific, Africa, South Asia, Europe, and China. Atul still remains a hands-on manager of the Punj Lloyd Group.

Atul was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year in 2007.

 

Bilal Zuberi

Principal, General Catalyst

Bilal is a Principal at the General Catalyst Partners, Boston who focuses on investments in companies with deep technology focus, especially clean energy. Previously, Bilal was an entrepreneur (co-founder of GEO2 Technologies that also spun out BIO2 Technologies), strategy consultant (The Boston Consulting Group) and a scientific researcher (PNNL - Department of Energy). Bilal is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry.
